GEAR BOX SPARES / DROP IN REPLACEMENT - PRECISE REVERSE ENGINEERING

Total set of Gear internals to suit existing housing of working gear boxes. Economical Gear Internal life enhancement by reversing gears to use non-working flank and to manufacture only pinions. (Usually it is not advisable to change only pinions, As due to age, uneven deformation occurs to Gear flank and matching profile can not be reproduced, unless it is precisely tested on gear lead and profile tester.) Gear box internal spares like integrated pinions, gear wheels, shafts, gear box casings, bearing covers etc. for spur or helical speed reducers and speed increasers of any make or any type. Spur, Helical Gear Planets, Sun Gear Pinion, Ring Gear, Planet Carrier and spline shafts for planetary speed reducers.

COMPLEX RE-ENGINEERING

  • Ratio changing to change output speeds by providing identical spares with new split ratio.
  • Enhancement / Up-gradation of transmission capacity of the gear internals with same housing.
  • Conversion of through / volume hardened gear internals with case hardened-ground gears to increase transmission capacity, efficiency or reliability.

GEAR BOX CASINGS / HOUSINGS

  • Gearbox housings with exact dimensions to accommodate existing gear internals, bearings, bearing caps and lubrication system etc. either in M.S. fabricated or casting.
  • Economical gear box casing reconditioning (which enhances casing life by years), To remove ovality of bearing holes and to ensure bearing tolerances and parallelism. ( By taking light cut of the parting surfaces, planning, scraping and precise inline re-boring ).
